Role Overview: As a Strata Manager, you will take charge of a diverse portfolio of strata properties, ensuring their seamless operation and meticulous maintenance in line with current legislation. Your role will be crucial in building strong client relationships and upholding the highest standards of property management. Reporting to the Strata Head of Department, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage a Portfolio: Oversee approximately 40-60 plans incorporating 400-600 lots, depending on experience.
Comprehensive Management: Handle all aspects of strata property management, including finances, maintenance, and administration.
Primary Contact: It serves as the main point of contact for property owners, residents, and strata committees.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and annual general meetings.
Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations to strata properties.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to strata laws, regulations, and by-laws.
Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to strata committees during decision-making processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in strata or property management is required.
Legislative Knowledge: Strong knowledge of strata legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Independence: Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
Software Proficiency: Experience with Strata Master is preferred but not mandatory.
