Our highly valued Service Centre Team are the nerve-centre of the TOMRA operation across NSW and Australia. From monitoring our systems to minimise downtime, coordinating onsite maintenance and repairs, they also provide our Australian customers a great experience with queries and complaints.
This tight knit team bring their individual personalities to the role every day and are seeking fellow team mates to assist during our peak period. This is a full time role in a business that operates 7 days a week. Our Service Centre is operational between the hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm daily.
You will be located in the TOMRA Sydney office in St Leonards and will work on a shift-based roster.
What you’ll be doing:
- Engaging in an informative training program to learn all about TOMRA
- Provide hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
- Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal
- Interact with technicians, colleagues and partners visiting sites
- Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions
- Perform configurations and changes to the machines remotely online
