What You Will Be Doing
Asphalt Paving: Prepare and lay asphalt, ensuring a high-quality finish.
Machine Operation: Operate a range of machinery, including bobcats, smooth drum rollers, multi-wheel rollers, and, ideally, profilers and pavers.
Site Preparation: Assist with site preparation tasks, such as excavation, grading, and compaction.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet project goals.
