Based at our Osborne Park office , this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our operations, directly engaging with site teams, and playing a key role in the evolution of the reliability function.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement practical reliability programs that improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
Travel to site and actively engage with site-based maintenance and operational teams to identify and solve reliability and maintenance operations issues in real-time
Analyse data to drive improvements in maintenance planning, execution, and asset management.
Collaborate across teams to establish and embed a robust reliability culture from the ground up.
Monitor equipment performance, root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
