Megasealed South West Perth specialise in waterproofing, tiling, and grouting Your duties will involve: The Office Admin- Scheduler will play a pivotal role in our mission, responsible for managing client inquiries and overseeing the dynamic Consultants and Trade Technicians rostering. • Taking telephone enquiries from potential customers and setting up quotes • Scheduling quotes for our consultants - Liaising with home owners, Real Estates & Tenants. • Assisting customers with general inquiries/service over the phone and via email. • Data entry and updating of CRM system • Scheduling of jobs for our technicians - Liaising with home owners, Real Estates & Tenants. • Invoicing jobs and processing customer payments • Preparation of Contractor Payments Position: Full-time | Fixed-term contract 12 months (Parental Leave Cover) Experience required: Office Admin & Scheduling Experience: Proven ability to manage challenging workloads and schedules. Communication Excellence: Clear and precise communication skills, both written and oral. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of service. Advanced Computer Skills: Proficient in computer software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems. National Police Clearance Certificate: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Ability to work autonomously and in a small team environment Experience working with CRM systems – preferably using SIMPRO Able to deal with a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task.
