Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent the primary focus of the Planning Support Officer is to provide support to the Maintenance Planning Department.
The objectives/duties for this role include and are not limited to:
Assist in the planning, scheduling and execution of Maintenance detailed Maintenance plans for the Mechanical, Electrical and Bing Bong departments.
Will be the secondary contact and liaison between Maintenance, Operations and other supported departments.
Plan/Schedule work initiated through various stakeholders, ensuring that the required support required for resources are available.
Communicate with request's of work orders for clarity of work to be performed.
Assist relevant Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors with detailed scoping of work requests, ordering
