Full – Time Fitter (General)
SALARY $75,088 + superannuation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyzing the blueprints for mechanical systems.
• Study drawings and specifications to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations.
• Fitting fabricated metal parts into products and subassemblies to produce machines and equipment.
• Use welding equipment to fuse structural components.
• Inspect the fabricated component’s ability to work independently and as a team.
• Maintain occupational health and safety.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Must hold trade certificate qualification in fitting & machining.
• Have at least 3 years work experience in the industry.
• Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision and as well be a team player.
