The Opportunity

At Reine & La Rue we are currently seeking a talented Chef to join our team. We are passionate about culinary excellence and sustainability and are looking for someone like minded and driven.

Our ideal candidates will have

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at minimum 2-3 years of industry experience
Knowledge of French cuisine and techniques advantageous but not necessary
Commitment, passion and appreciation for the hospitality industry
Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness
Availability to work a rotating roster
