Doltone House is searching for talented staff with previous experience in events/hospitality to join the team as a Conference and Event Organiser at our various venues at Pyrmont (Darling Island Wharf & Jones Bay Wharf) Hyde Park, Sylvania Waters and Western Sydney.
You will have exceptional/high-level:
* Customer/client and guest engagement skills
* Planning, preparation and delivery experience of events and functions
* Capability in high quality delivery balanced with speed and urgency
* Leadership of food and beverage service team members
* Ability to deal with the unexpected calmly and effectively
* Desire to provide all clients/guests with a memorable experience
* A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol card is essential
All applicants must have full working rights within Australia and be available for rostered weekend work based on event schedule.
Salary $70,000 - $85,000 + superannuation
