The Role As the Operations Manager, you will support a team of 3 with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Day to day duties will include:
Managing the internal file system
Investor KYC
Liaising with and managing external consultants such as accountants, legal and unit registry
Providing invoices for payment
Liaising with investors and customers both in-person and online
Other duties as required
This is a permanent opportunity, ideally seeking someone for 3-4 days per week however 5 days can be considered.
This position is paying $90k - $100k package Pro-Rata.
The Organisation You will be joining a small, fast-growing business based in Woolloomooloo, who have Fridays as their WFH day.
