The Role:

We are currently seeking an outgoing and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in a full time role.

Working alongside a team of passionate and hardworking co-workers, we'll provide the training and support required so you can learn, develop and have fun while doing it.

Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Preferred Additional Experience/Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to understand direction and work autonomously
- Understanding of Irish/British hospitality is preferred but not necessary
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Menu planning in consultation with our Head Chef
- Planning, organizing and executing functions
- Managing reservation systems & greeting guests
- Meeting and exceeding guest expectations to facilitate great guest experiences
- Ordering & purchasing according to budget
- Stock & wastage control
- Rostering of Restaurant team
- Managing financials
- Ensuring our facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, tidy & functional
- Gathering feedback from our customers and ensuring utmost satisfaction at all times
- Selecting, training and supervising wait staff and kitchen staff
