What 's the role ?
We are looking for a Lead AI Developer and technical team leader to join our technology group in any of our offices in either Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, or Kuala Lumpur . In this role, y ou will develop and implement Generative AI solutions to enhance processes and decision-making across our design, engineering and advisory operations.
Here are the key things you will do to ?bring ideas to life?.
Innovate and Implement: Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to optimize design options, streamline engineering workflows, and improve project planning and scheduling.
Lead and Mentor: Guide AI product development, mentor junior staff and promote code quality and collaboration.
Collaborate: Work with business leaders and end-users to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and enhanced decision making.
