This organisation is currently seeking an APS3 Administrative Supportive Officer to join on an ongoing temporary contract. Positions are based in both Rockhampton and Townsville.
Your new role
The role also contributes to planning and preparation for, and the delivery of events. During an event, the role works under routine direction to support one or more core event-delivery projects, including:
Staffing, including training of temporary staff,
Polling premises,
Roll management,
Candidate nominations,
Postal voting,
Materials and equipment, and
Various post-polling scrutiny processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you pose the following.
Ability to complete allocated tasks in a timely manner under general supervision and direction
Work in accordance with established priorities and procedures, and using relevant business systems and processes,
Apply an understanding of relevant legislation, policy frameworks and procedures, and sound judgement to provide accurate advice, and investigate and respond to issues and enquiries,
Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, including assisting to resolve straightforward internal and external stakeholder matters,
Working collaboratively as part of a team
Eligibility Requirements
