What you?ll do as a Customer Success Partner:
As one of our trusted Customer Success Partner?s , you will be responsible for partnering with a small number of our most strategic customers, helping them to achieve their desired service outcomes. You?ll develop a deep understanding of your customers, their industry & how best TGE can continue to provide them top-class services.
You?ll identify and implement improvement strategies, utilising data-driven, problem-solving approaches. You?ll monitor, report & present service performances, whilst continually addressing any ongoing service failures, investigating root causes, and putting in place corrective actions.
What are we looking for in a Customer Success Partner? What?s important?
At least 12 months experience preferably working with complex customer solutions
Positive, customer-centric mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Adept at structured problem-solving, reporting, data analysis (advanced MS Excel), developing & effectively communicating insights
