Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in investment management or REIT? Do you have experience with property accounting processes and property management/ERP systems like MRI, Yardi, or similar? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the RFP Process: Oversee the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a suite of new applications, leading with a new investment Management system.
Business Process Redesign: Work closely with stakeholders to scope, redefine, and optimize business processes to align with the new systems.
Implementation Leadership: Manage the implementation of selected systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and drive efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and project updates.
System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between property management, accounting, and reporting systems.
