Perform basic operational process or production work under limited supervision.
Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in workplace.
Typical tasks may include: Basic machine set up; Process line work in a team environment (e.g. sorting, sachets, forming & collimatic); Hand packing / palletisation;Basic record keeping and quality checks; Cleaning and hygiene.
Loading and unloading Pasta/ Ingredient/Filling/Packaging Material. Perform minor machine and equipment adjustment and maintenance to an individual line with supervision. Record basic QA or production details including CCP tests, date codes, operational data and monitoring details. Assist in general process or production line work. Perform general cleaning duties associated with any of the lines in accordance with the cleaning schedule. Identify and perform all duties according to WHS standards, including correct manual handling techniques, movement of pallets and emergency stop procedures, etc.
