About the Position
Due to growth an opportunity exists for an experienced Property Manager to join our team managing a portfolio of rental properties.
We offer a structure where you will be provided with your own assistant, and together responsibilities will include:
Management of a portfolio of established residential properties
Building strong relationships with your lessors and tenants
Aspiring to superior levels of customer service
Displaying a high level of autonomy
Developing strong rapport with the supportive team around you
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years Property Management experience
Real Estate licence
Excellent presentation
Excellent communication
Eye for detail
Pro active, can do attitude
A current Drivers Licence is essential
Exceptional training and mentor support will be provided.
