The Squire's Landing is the sort of restaurant and bar James Squire himself would have loved to dine and drink in. With 270 degree views of Sydney harbor from the Opera House to the Harbour Bridge its an amazing location.
In our architecturally designed kitchens unique wood-fired rotisserie's, char grills and a smoker are the main focus of the menu. Using wood fire to enhance the flavors of the produce in mind. Our ground floor kitchen cooks for the brew house whilst our upstairs kitchen cooks for our 200 seat restaurant.
