The position
You will play a crucial role in delivering customers their new vehicles, as well as ensuring that the process from the initial approval on finance to taking ownership of a new vehicle is a smooth one. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to improve processes, build our CRM and help grow the business even further. Your expertise and ideas will help shape the future of our company and contribute to its continued success.
Your responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit finance applications
• Create new client files in Outlook or Excel
• Using MYOB, send purchase orders
• Deal with a variety of government departments regarding deeds
• Raise the settlement documents
• Prepare trade documents
• Answer incoming calls/enquiries
The ideal candidate will have the following:
My client hires of attitude and fit, so you do not need experience in the novated leasing space. Financial Services experience is preferred (loan settlements etc) but most important, you must have a can-do attitude and a customer service ethos.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Customer service skills that are exceptional.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• High attention to detail
• Competent user of Excel and Outlook
• Multitasking and prioritisation skills
