Would you like to work for a multinational company with a diverse and social workplace that grows and invests in their staff? We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in our beautiful North Sydney office for a 6 months fixed term contract.
This is an exciting role with lots of variety from reception duties to facilities and events responsibilities. You will work closely with Business Support Manager and the wider team each day as well as assist the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Credit Services teams regularly.

What you'll be doing
- General reception duties, meeting room and VC set up
- Diary management and adhoc administration
- Maintaining security access system and reporting – training provided
- Liaising with suppliers and raising PO's for payments
- Assisting in regular internal and external events
- Assisting the Business Support Manager
- Working with all levels of the business across multiple offices
