We have a new opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Consultant Palliative Care to join our clinical team.
Reporting to our General Manager Care & Services, this position will support seven of our aged care homes located in the South Metro and South-West regions (from Hamilton Hill to Dalyellup).
Permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday
No on-call requirement or out of hours work
