THE OPPORTUNITY
The Yardie/Despatch Coordinator ensures efficient customer service by assisting with order pickups, loading vehicles, and supporting delivery drivers. It also involves maintaining a well-organized yard, collaborating closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to meet dispatch deadlines and ensuring that all products meet quality standards before leaving the yard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in person, assisting with locating and loading their orders; Answer phone enquiries regarding order statuses; Ensure orders are ready for collection and communicate pick up times with customers.
