The applicants must be professional and reliable with a passion for food and a positive team attitude. Excellent communication skills and good English is essential. You will be required to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. You will be expected to show leadership, attention to detail, strong consumer service, and a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. You must be willing to assist in the training of junior staff and apprentices. This is an opportunity to develop your skills in the kitchen. We require at least two years full time experience or equivalent in high volume kitchens.
