Position overview The role is responsible for the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in-house ICT systems and overall integration and performance across broad cloud-based services and platforms that support core BSA organisational functions. The role also ensures the BSA ICT infrastructure functions and services are resilient, secure, well designed, accessible, and are adaptable to support the BSAs changing needs. A customer-focused service excellence approach is essential to ensure business and client requirements are delivered to high standards, agreed costs and on time.
