ABOUT THE BRANCH The SIVs, Funds and Governance Branch maintains the governance and legislative frameworks in accordance with international standards. This includes board appointments, review and reporting requirements, investment mandates and statements of expectations, making revisions where needed to assist continued alignment with the Governments policy objectives and financial and risk tolerances. The Governance Team is responsible for policy and advice on Government Business Enterprises (GBEs) including governance, legislative matters and board appointments across the Finance portfolio. The team contributes to international programmes on State Owned Enterprise, primarily through OECD & DFAT.
