The role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in the coordination of recruitment, selection, onboarding, compliance and general HR processes within the Centacare Services Human resources team. This is a permanent full time position. Key Duties:
Proactive delivery of high-quality recruitment services to assigned client group
Advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, phone screening and interviews
Promoting the significant benefits of working for Centacare to candidates to engage them in the hiring journey.
