Service Supervisor
This role is predominantly Perth based, with regular site travel required to conduct shutdown works and after sales support to our top tier customers. Reporting to the After Sales Service Manager you will actively supervise service teams, shut down maintenance, shaft change-outs and conduct routine maintenance & detailed audits of equipment to meet client requirements and expectations whilst maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Drive a safety first work culture that ensures an incident and injury-free work environment;
Maintains product and company reputation by complying with MMD?s mission statement and company policies
Coordination of machine maintenance and service work on-site
Cooperate and communicate effectively with key stakeholders to provide assistance
Liaise directly with customers to coordinate all aspects of after sales service & support
