Information Management Experience Required:
Has used EDRMS (TRIM/Records Manager)
Can provide Recordkeeping Solutions to Business Areas
High level organisational skills and following set procedures and rules
Experience in supervising staff would be a bonus.
Some duties in addition to the above are:
Training in our EDRMS (TRIM) - If they have general training skills, we can teach them the content.
Assist the Information Management Officer with complex queries relating to corporate information/recordkeeping.
Logins and Deactivations in the EDRMS ? there are set procedures for this.
Process EDRMS security and access requests ? there are procedures for this.
