About the Role
The Youth Job Coach is responsible for providing intensive person centred case management and mentorship to approximately 50 Transition to Work (TtW) participants, aged . The role will include undertaking direct employer marketing, providing individual support and the running of facilitated group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements for participants. You will undertake detailed assessments, set goals, stabilise non-vocational issues, improve vocational skills, refer to a range of services and motivate and assist the young person find sustainable employment or re-enter education and provide post placement support.
This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and is based at our Bunbury site.
