Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the production process in our Kill Floor.
Ensure customer specifications are met while optimizing yields, cost, and productivity.
Lead and support production staff to achieve safety and performance goals.
Hours: 6am - 6pm, currently working 5 days (4 ordinary 1 OT day)
About You:
Proven production management experience with hands-on floor-level experience.
Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
