A full time Cropping Farm Hand position is available on a family-owned farm at South Stirling in the Great Southern Region of Western Australia. The farm grows barley and canola and carries a sheep herd.
Your duties include operating a variety of large modern GPS cropping machinery to prepare, seed, spread, spray and harvest crops, mechanical servicing, workshop, and general farm maintenance. A manual drivers licence, and own vehicle for private use are necessary, a minimum HR truck licence and a ChemCert are preferred.
The position is best suited to an energetic cropping worker with a minimum 2 years demonstrated cropping experience who has mechanical, workshop, and general farm maintenance skills. The farm aims to work Monday-Friday outside busy periods and can offer flexible hours to suit your needs.
