The role:
The Biosecurity (Weeds) Officer is responsible for effective and efficient delivery of effective priority species control programs and management. Core activities of the Officer include undertaking inspections, education & advocacy programs in collaboration with the State government & landowners and delivering timely and accurate reporting on outbreaks of invasive species within the region, such that Council meets its obligations
