Platinum Immigration, on behalf of Three Moon Motel in Monto QLD is currently seeking a Hotel / Motel Manager on a full-time basis.

These are full-time roles offering a 38-hour working week with two days off each week.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Responsibilities and experience:
• Proven experience as Motel Manager or relevant role
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Understanding of all motel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
• Supervise work at all levels
• Manage budgets and monitor sales / profits
• Address customer complaints
• Deal with maintenance issues and staff shortages Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
Skills:
• Understanding of all motel management best practices
• Working knowledge of MS Office Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
• Tertiary qualification in Hotel / Hospitality Management or relevant field
The salary range will be between $70,000 - $85,000 per year plus super depending on experience and role.
