Experienced dental technician/ceramist required as a 2nd ceramist for a boutique laboratory linked to a group dental practice in Bunbury, Western Australia. This is a small well equipped laboratory and would suit a young enthusiastic dental technician who enjoys working with dentists and some patients directly. The technician must be able to work unsupervised and be involved in the direct treatment planning and design of cases together with staff dentists.
Majority of work include fabrication of Monolithic Zirconia crown and bridges, layered zirconia and E max CAD & Press on-lays, crowns and bridges. Experience with Implants is also essential.
There is minimal metal work as we wish to concentrate on producing highly aesthetic ceramic restorations.
The applicant must be able to work in a team environment, have excellent communication skills and be dedicated to the pursuit of excellence. It is assumed that the applicant will have excellent manual dexterity and possess a critical eye for precision and detail.
