Job Description:
Carecone is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master/Agile Coach with extensive expertise in IT, Telecom and Automation industries to lead and manage multiple high-impact projects. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will drive Agile processes, streamline project execution, and ensure cross-functional team success. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who excels in End-to-End Project Management, Agile transformation, and is adept at guiding large-scale teams towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Agile transformation and project management of key initiatives in the Telecom domain.
• Oversee product development, qualification lifecycle management, and ensure alignment with project roadmaps and objectives.
• Manage production release deployments and ensure deadlines and budget requirements are consistently met.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from government agencies to public institutions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Streamline Agile processes across cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Align clients' and teams' mind-set, culture, and structure to Agile ways of working.
• Manage and lead a team, providing mentorship and support in their career development.
• Drive Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and E2E project organization using JIRA and other tools.
• Ensure the successful delivery of Automation and E2E Testing projects, with a focus on mobile devices.
• Prepare and present detailed project progress reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 14+ years of experience in IT industry, with strong expertise in E2E Project Management and Agile Coaching.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified SAFe Agilist (SAFe 5 & 6), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Orange Forge, Gitlab, and other project management and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge in Automation Test Strategy, Quality Assurance, and Mobile Device Testing.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects, leading large teams, and delivering quality results.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field .
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in working with international teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Robot, Quick Test Pro, Selenium, and other automation tools.
• Expertise in Red Hat Linux, Unix, and other operating systems.
• Functional design and prototype development using Figma.
• Experience with international communication and presenting to global teams.
