Given the quality of our clients and the quality of our service, Dimeo is seeking to fill the position of Contract Administrator for one of our most prominent clients.
In the role of Contract Administrator, you will have autonomy to deliver known business outcomes within a transparent operational framework. The role mainly consists of:
- Completing contract reviews and negotiating variations with each of the clients
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports concerning the contracts to clients and senior management
- Develop, review and negotiate variations to the contract, programs, projects and services
- Maintaining budgets, preparing and submitting annual contract cost increases
- Advising Executive Managers on matters requiring attention to ensure their decisions are implemented
- Tracking and achieving contractual and business KPI’s including general strategy, contract retention and site/portfolio profitability
- Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracted services provided and implementing required changes to meet customer’s expectations
- Recruiting, training and developing of the team supporting the contract to ensure compliance and succession
- Oversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders.
- Managing & owning customer relationships
- Business development and profit optimisation across the contract portfolio
- Managing paperwork related with contracts and variations
The skills and qualifications that this position requires include:
- Management and operations experience this is a necessity
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the titled role or a highly relevant field - we regularly hire from outside of the industry (Construction, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, etc.)
- Strong connection to our corporate culture and understanding of our values and ideals.
- Accountability, autonomy, responsibility and adaptability are sought after qualities in the right candidate
