The Person
Small engine general repairs and overhauling
Ride on mower exp
Motorcycle exp ATV’s
Ability to use diagnostic tools effectively and interpret technical manuals.
Attention to detail and ability to perform precise and accurate repairs.
Problem-solving skills to diagnose complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues professionally.
The Role
Conduct thorough inspections of small engines to identify mechanical issues and determine the root cause of problems.
Perform repairs on small engines, including but not limited to replacing defective parts, adjusting components, and conducting routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups.
Identify necessary parts and materials for repairs, maintain an inventory of supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels.
Test repaired engines to verify proper functioning and adherence to performance standards.
Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services performed, and parts used.
Interact with customers to discuss equipment issues, provide repair recommendations, and offer estimates for services.
1 Full-Time position available
$65,000 - $90,000 per annum
