To be considered for the below roles, you must have a minimum 3 years’ experience.
Panel Beater
We are looking for a proficient Panel Beater to join our team, Removing, repairing and replacing damaged panels, frames, and other components, ensuring the reassembly of vehicle back to the pre accident condition. Candidates should be experienced in Using various tools and techniques to shape, cut, and weld metal panels. Check received parts on arrival, disassemble vehicle as per job sheet, ensuring that all work performed meets industry and safety standards.
Vehicle Painter
Our team seeks a vehicle painter that can Prepare surfaces, select appropriate paints and materials, and utilise spray painting techniques to achieve desired results. The ideal candidate will also be able to sign off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments to deliver a high-quality paint finish for the customer. Complete paint jobs in accordance with processes and procedures.
Maintain spray booths and equipment
Estimator/Insurance Loss Adjustor
This role will desire an extensively experienced individual that can deal with a busy schedule of Preparing estimates of repair damage. Experience also in preparing insurance quotes, liaising with Insurance Assessors, and Invoicing jobs as required. Exposure and experience with industry relevant software is advantageous.
Body Shop Manager/Customer Service Manager
We want an applicant with experience within a body shop or accident repair centre.
A commitment to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
An understanding in the latest practices in the smash repair industry.
Ability to quote non drivable, as well as drivable damaged vehicles.
Ability to coach and mentor employees whilst driving engagement and culture.
Attention to detail, with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills being able to deal professionally with Insurers, customers, and team members.
