The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of a talented and imaginative Cook to join their team on a full-time basis.
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Preparing ingredients, following set recipes and by applying appropriate cooking techniques
• Baking, grilling, steaming or boiling fish, meat, vegetables and other foods
• Presenting and garnishing dishes
• Measuring and weighing ingredients
• Setting up workstation and operating kitchen equipment.
Skills:
• 3 years of professional experience as a Cook
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be creative
Remuneration : $60,000 - $70,000 per year + superannuation
