ICT Customer Support Officer

Roles & responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal staff and external clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage IT systems, network services, and performing maintenance tasks.
• Support the roll-out of new applications and managing upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and company IT policies.
• Monitor and maintaining computer systems, ensuring minimal downtime.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
• Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues.
• Proficiency in technical support processes (remote and onsite).
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
