ISADD (Intervention Services for Autism and Developmental Delay) WA is one of Western Australia’s longest established providers of evidence-based behavioural interventions for young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental delay. We are committed to enabling children to reach their potential while supporting healthy family functioning.
Currently we are seeking a Key Worker (Lead Therapist) to manage behavioural intervention programs for our children and clients across various locations in Perth. The position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of persons with Autism.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Lead Therapist, you will implement community- and home- based intervention programs and supervise and support therapy assistants. Programs range from specific behaviour and life skill interventions to interventions targeting increasing capacity across the full developmental range as required.

Attributes of successful candidates:
Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification- a degree in a behavioural science/allied health.
Eligibility for Professional membership of the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia.
Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support practitioner.
? Engaging – a natural disposition to interact, have fun, and engage children is essential.
? Excellent communication skills– to communicate with clients, caregivers, families, other agencies and colleagues, both orally and in writing.
? Leadership Skills - to supervise Therapy Assistants
EXPERIENCE
? A minimum of five years experience in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
