Must have relevant retail property industry experience.
Our client is an outstanding WA based landlord with a diverse and evolving portfolio that includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial, land and hospitality properties across Western Australia. With a focus on sustaining strong client relationships, you will be entering a collaborative work space within a high performing team & culture.
You will be a key on-site team member, responsible for the day to day financial management and administration duties for a western suburbs shopping centre.
Additional duties include but not limited to:
Assisting the Centre Manager and Retail Manager with the accurate and timely preparation, analysis and reporting of budgets, outgoings, forecasts and audits.
Providing financial information to stakeholders.
