As Logistics Manager you will report to the Head of Operations and be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound delivery of fresh produce to ensure that DIFOT is met. You will lead, manage and improve the warehouse teams with a key focus on stock movement and timely and accurate dispatch of freight of both intra and interstate. You will enjoy building strong and trusting relationships with our internal heavy vehicle drivers as well as our third-party freight providers.
Your duties will include:
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal inward bound freight (internal and 3rd party) and recommend the most cost effective and efficient model
Motivating the warehouse team to achieve high standards and performance
Plan and coordinate the dispatch of packed goods to customers, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customer specifications.
