About the Role:
The Regional Rostering Support Coordinator role will be based in one of the areas comprising of this region and will be determined following appointment of the successful candidate.
As a Regional Rostering Support Coordinator, you will develop and manage efficient operational rosters aligned with clients' care needs and funding. You will optimise workforce resources, act as a key contact for scheduling issues, and support other regions as needed. Your role includes scheduling meetings, managing planned leave, and providing monthly KPI reports.
