Salary Range: $79,000 $ 87,000 (full-time):
Plus 17.5% annual leave loading on base salary
11% superannuation
Benefits: 6 weeks annual leave per annum, pro rata full-time.
Note annual bonus leave at Christmas subject to Board discretion. Salary sacrifice packaging is available at the discretion of the employee.
Location: Broome, Western Australia must be prepared to live and work in Rubibi (Broome).
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities: Coordinate the sustainable growth of Jalygurr-Guwan including through the development and implementation of strategic priorities, policies and administrative processes. This role will also lead and grow the engagement of families with the centre and provide administrative support for fundraising, grants and income-generating activity.
