Roblawmax Recruitment is seeking an experienced Superintendent ? Refinery & Casting on behalf of our client, a leader in the mining and construction sector in Indonesia. This role offers a unique opportunity to become a leader on their precious metal recovery plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of gold and silver from leaching solutions provided by the hydrometallurgy department, ensuring output meets the specified purity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of annual and monthly production plans, aligning requirements with market demand.
Ensure the production targets are met for various gold products, including casted bars, minted bars, and granules.
Ensure proper packaging and timely dispatch of gold and silver products.
Coordinate with Logistics, Security, and Sales departments.
Ensure effective maintenance planning, including routine preventive, predictive maintenance, and shutdowns.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes.
