This is a unique opportunity for an experienced truck dealership service department person wanting to upskill in Warranty. While Patterson Cheney Trucks is being constructed, the selected candidate will work from the company's Keysborough location. About the role:
Manage and process warranty claims for the dealership
Review and verify warranty documentation for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of warranty claims
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation
Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status
Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of warranty-related issues
Stay up to date with warranty guidelines and requirements from manufacturers
