Client management & timely communication with tenants and prospective tenants
Conduct all leasing inspections on behalf of the PM department
Tenant application processing and reference checks
Stay up to date with market trends
Manage end to end re-letting process
Administration for the property management department, including some routine inspections, as and if required
Providing relevant and detailed feedback to property managers and landlords
