In your next role as Commercial Project Estimator, you will be responsible to pursue revenue growth for the OBrien Building & Fit out Division by seeking out and responding to Measure & Quote Commercial opportunities.
This will involve the end-to-end management of commercial opportunities received from the initial quote through to follow-up and job booking for the Brisbane Metropolitan Area.
About the role:
Work closely with commercial customers to generate quotes and convert them to jobs.
Work closely with Building and Fit out Manager, Projects supervisors, Planners and Branch Managers.
Create new and maintain existing B2B customer relationships.
Work closely with clients to obtain specific and detailed job requirements.
Follow up quotes and jobs, to ensure successful coordination and delivery of projects including attending site meetings.
Support team goals and achieve or even succeed set targets.
