Main Responsibilities:
Warehouse:
Receive, pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately while maintaining detailed documentation.
Conduct regular stocktakes, manage inventory, and collaborate with transport companies for efficient delivery.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Report incidents, participate in safety training, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Customer Service/Administration
Provide excellent customer service at all times, greeting customers and handling counter sales.
